This was announced today at a meeting of the Collegium of the Border Committee of the Union State of Belarus and Russia by the head of the Border Service of the Federal Security Service of Russia, Army General Vladimir Pronichev, BELTA correspondent reports. According to the general, such scenarios are excluded when a citizen of Belarus, who does not have the right to leave the country, flees to the territory of Russia and through its borders to other states. "The border services of our states are fulfilling all the tasks envisaged by interstate and interdepartmental Belarusian-Russian agreements," noted Vladimir Pronichev.
