Open Joint Stock Company "Chareyshchina" was among the first to complete the grain crop harvest. All necessary conditions have been created in the farm for the successful progress of the harvest. The joint-stock company is provided with machinery, and the main part of the workforce consists of experienced specialists who have dedicated several decades to work in agriculture. Many of them are consistently among the leaders of our district. Young workers of the farm are taking over the baton of leadership from their older colleagues.
The combine harvester crew, consisting of Ruslan Grabovenka and Alexander Polonsky, threshed 1086 tons of grain. Ruslan has been working at OJSC "Chareyshchina" for about three years. He graduated from Lepel State Professional Lyceum and served in the army. Ruslan worked as a tractor driver. The responsible and conscientious worker was offered the position of a combine harvester operator on a KZS-1218. This is Ruslan's second harvest. Alexander Polonsky became his reliable assistant during the harvest. He was born and raised in Chareyshchina and is currently acquiring the specialty of a construction technician at Novopolotsk Polytechnic College. Since Alexander has qualifications as a tractor driver and a driver, he feels confident operating the combine harvester.
The first thousand tons of grain harvested became a good reason to congratulate the young workers. The Chairman of the district organization of the Agro-Industrial Complex Workers' Trade Union, Sergey Martinovich, presented Ruslan with an Honorary Certificate and a leader's badge. Both crew members received wristwatches, caps, and t-shirts as gifts. Warm words of congratulation were expressed to the young workers by Alexander Chernikov, Deputy Head of the Mechanization and Intensification Department of the District Agricultural Department, and Andrey Pshonka, Head of the Youth Affairs Department of the District Executive Committee. Lyudmila Usovik, Chairperson of the Trade Union Committee of OJSC "Chareyshchina", expressed her best wishes to the young workers and presented them with flowers.
