The XI Meeting of Twin Cities of Russia and Belarus will be held on October 14-16 in Pskov

Delegations from Vitebsk, Polotsk, Novopolotsk, and Orsha will take part in the events.

The parties will address issues of economic cooperation between twin cities. One of the dominant topics of discussion will be cooperation in the fields of culture and tourism, and youth policy. Modern forms of organizing international cooperation in education will be discussed separately.

Within the framework of the meeting, the signing of a cross-border cooperation agreement between Pskov and Vitebsk is planned.
