The average yield of grain and leguminous crops is 31 centners per hectare. The highest yield is in the Grodno region (40.9 centners per hectare). The largest amount of grain threshed is in the Gomel region - 338.4 thousand tons. The Brest region is in second place for threshing (213.9 thousand tons), and the Mogilev region is in third place (194.8 thousand tons). Farms in the Minsk region threshed 166 thousand tons, Grodno - 89 thousand tons, Vitebsk - 85 thousand tons.
A total of 351.1 thousand hectares of grain and leguminous crops have been harvested in the republic (14.4% of the plan). Farms in the Gomel region are leading in harvesting rates (33.8% of the target). In the Mogilev region, 18.5% of these crops have already been harvested, in the Brest region - 18.1%, in the Minsk region - 8.9%, in the Vitebsk region - 6.7%, in the Grodno region - 6.2%.
The harvesting of malting barley has begun. It has been harvested from 12.1 thousand hectares (14.3% of the sown area). 41.6 thousand tons of barley have been threshed with a yield of 34.3 centners per hectare.
Winter rapeseed has already been harvested from 224.5 thousand hectares (82.7% of the plan). 360.8 thousand tons have been threshed with an average seed yield of 16.1 centners per hectare.
