Belarusian farms have fulfilled the state order for grain sales, with 993 thousand tonnes delivered to elevators and grain reception enterprises, which is 100.3% of the plan. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by the Resources and Trade Department of the Grain Products Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus. Specialists noted that the state order volume was "closed" mainly due to the overfulfilment of the wheat supply plan. 541.5 thousand tonnes of wheat have been procured, which is 112.3% of the target (428 thousand tonnes). In addition, 266.7 thousand tonnes of rye and 184.6 thousand tonnes of other crops have been delivered against the state order, representing 88.6% and 88.8% of the plan, respectively. As of today, all regions except Brest Region have coped with the state order. Brest Region still needs to deliver 1.5 thousand tonnes of grain to elevators and grain reception points to fulfil its target. The plan is 165 thousand tonnes, and it has been fulfilled by 99%. Today, agricultural organisations in Minsk Region have fulfilled their programme, delivering a total of 225.2 thousand tonnes of grain (100.1% of the plan). This is the largest volume of grain from all regions of the republic. Farms in Mogilev, Gomel, Vitebsk, and Grodno Regions had previously fulfilled the state order, delivering 151.5 thousand tonnes, 141.5 thousand tonnes, 125.1 thousand tonnes, and 186.2 thousand tonnes, respectively. They fulfilled their targets by 101%, 101.6%, 100.1%, and 100.6%. Grain deliveries for state republican needs are ongoing, as an additional 33.3 thousand tonnes of rye and 23.4 thousand tonnes of other crops (mainly buckwheat and millet) need to be delivered. -0-
