The church was built over two years with funds from the Equal-to-the-Apostles Constantine and Helena Charitable Foundation, whose president is Moscow businesswoman Anastasia Ositis, a native of the village of Bychikha. It is expected that the Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus, Metropolitan Filaret of Minsk and Slutsk, will take part in the ceremony. Representatives of the Russian business elite, public figures, and the creative intelligentsia have been invited to this event.
