On December 19, Minsk / Liliya Krapivina - BELTA /. According to the exit poll by the EcooM Analytical Centre, 79.1% of those who answered the sociologists' questions voted for Alexander Lukashenko in the Presidential elections of Belarus. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by Sergey Musienko, head of the EcooM Analytical Centre.
He also reported the results for other presidential candidates: 4.2% voted for Grigory Kostusev, 3.1% for Yaroslav Romanchuk, and 2.6% for Andrei Sannikov. 3.7% of respondents voted against all candidates. "For the remaining candidates, the data is within the range of arithmetic errors," said Sergey Musienko.
The head of the analytical centre noted that exit poll data usually differs from the actual election results by 2-3%. The express analysis showed how people voted, and the survey was also conducted during the early voting period. The EcooM Analytical Centre worked at more than 150 polling stations, surveying about 9,000 people.
