Valentin Eduardovich informed the attendees about the operational situation in the district, region, and republic. He examined in detail the main causes of fires, as well as measures for their prevention, and the requirements of fire safety rules in housing and at the workplace.
The rescuer paid special attention to the necessity of equipping residential rooms with autonomous fire detectors, as this device has already saved more than one life. During the conversation, the main violations committed by citizens when operating stove heating were also explained, with specific examples of the main causes of fires due to improper operation and stoves not being prepared for the heating season in time. After that, the rescuer reminded the attendees of the algorithm of actions in case of a fire at the workplace and the procedure for using primary fire extinguishing means. The rescuer also shared how to use their gadget beneficially with the attendees, telling them about the mobile application "MChS Belarus: Help is Nearby". The topic of child safety was also not overlooked. The rescuer drew special attention to the inadmissibility of leaving young children unattended.
At the end of the presentations, the district's chief rescuer reminded everyone that in case of a fire or any other emergency, it is necessary to immediately report the incident by calling 101 or 112, and to reinforce what they had heard, all attendees were given visual materials with fire safety rules.
