The budget debt on taxes of taxpayers in the Vitebsk region decreased by approximately Br300 million (by 3.5%) in September, amounting to about Br8.3 billion as of October 1. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by the press center of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties Inspectorate for the Vitebsk region. About 99% of the debt is accounted for by enterprises and organizations of various forms of ownership. In order to eliminate debts, tax inspectorates have forcibly collected over Br90 billion in January-September, which constitutes 2.4% of the total amount of budget revenues for the nine months. In total, from January to September, almost Br3.8 trillion was received into the consolidated budget of the Vitebsk region, or 102.7% of the annual planned assignments, including payments to the republican budget amounting to Br1.76 trillion (101.8% of the plan), and over Br2 trillion was received into the local budget (103.6%). Additional budget revenues exceeded Br100 billion. In the structure of revenues, the share of value-added tax is about 30%, excise taxes - 27.1%, income tax - 16.6%, profit tax - 8.5%. The largest share of payments is provided by legal entities of all forms of ownership, which formed 95.3% of budget revenues (including state-owned enterprises - 80.6%). The volume of tax payments by individual entrepreneurs amounted to 2.3% of budget revenues, and payments by individuals account for about 2% of the total revenue. In total, about 17.3 thousand legal entities, 26.2 thousand individual entrepreneurs, and 416 thousand individuals participate in the formation of the budget's revenue part. -0-
