On October 26, 2018, at 20:39, the operational control center of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations (ROChS) received a report of a cargo vehicle fire on the premises of Private Enterprise "LepelTransService" at 13B Partizanskaya Street, Lepel.
Fire and rescue equipment was dispatched to the scene.
Upon arrival of the rescue units, an open fire of an IVECO cargo vehicle was observed.
As a result of the efforts by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MChS) units, the destruction of an adjacent cargo vehicle was prevented.
