At the gala concert of art masters, which crowned the Day of Belarusian Culture on July 14 at the XXI International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk", the hall sang songs together with the performers, a BELTA correspondent reports. The audience warmly and cordially welcomed the Belarusian artists, starting to sing from the first chords of their favourite compositions, sometimes the voices of the spectators drowned out the voices of the performers. And the evening in the Summer Amphitheatre was truly starry - Inna Afanasyeva, Irina Dorofeeva, Petr Yelfimov, Valery Skorozhonok, Alexander Solodukha, Zhanet and Olga Plotnikova, Alexandra Drozdova, Alexander Tihanovich and Yadviga Poplavskaya, Alexey Khlestov, Eduard Hanok, Sasha Nemo, the folk music ensemble "Byaseda", VIA "Charawnitsy"... The concert was a fusion of classical and modern compositions performed by artists of different generations, but united by one thing - love for the Belarusian land. The audience greeted the duet of Alexander Tihanovich and Yadviga Poplavskaya with prolonged applause. The hall sang "Malinovka" together with the legends. And they gave a standing ovation to Alexander Tihanovich, who celebrated his 60th birthday on July 13. "Thank you for your love, it is mutual," the jubilarian thanked the audience. "Wonderful, delightful, well done" - with such epithets the audience accompanied the performance of the artists of the D.O.Z.SK.I. Theatre of Modern Choreography.
