The employees of "Zaazerye" have once again achieved significant success, securing second place in the regional competition for milk production for December. All three awarded cow milking machine operators are men, although traditionally this profession is exclusively female. A team of operators works at the robotized complex in Yurkovshchina: Anatol Sakouski, Viktor Tukhta, and the young operator Yauhen Zharnasek.

The work achievements of each are impressive. For example, Anatol Mikhailavich looks after 43 cows, obtaining 36.05 tonnes of milk from them in December, or 838 kilograms from each. The commercial yield is 93.1 percent. The milk was accepted as "extra" grade. Viktor Nikolaevich is not far behind his colleague, also looking after 43 cows and obtaining 32.8 tonnes from them, or 763 kilograms each. Yauhen Aleksandrovich is a young operator but has already been repeatedly recognised for his work achievements, which are outstanding. He looks after 42 cows, obtaining 30 tonnes of milk from them in December, or 714 kilograms from each, of "extra" grade.

The emphasis on milk quality is not accidental. The price difference per tonne between the highest grade and "extra" is almost 50 rubles. This largely determines the salary as well. Livestock breeders at the Yurkovshchina complex receive 600-700 rubles per month.

The leading operators have been awarded diplomas and monetary bonuses.
