The work of specialized inspection commissions, a detailed analysis of one of the tragic cases, and the development of measures to enhance prevention – these issues were considered today at a regular meeting of the commission on preventing deaths from external causes, including emergencies.
The meeting was chaired by Veronika Khomback, Deputy Chairperson of the district executive committee, and was attended by representatives of prevention services and chairpersons of rural executive committees.
"Work to reduce deaths from external causes, including emergencies, in the Lepel region is being actively pursued. The relevant services are doing everything in their power to ensure these indicators in our region are close to zero. However, let us not forget that everyone's safety depends primarily on themselves. It is important to be attentive and observe safety rules both at home and at work," noted Veronika Khomback.
