A regular meeting of the district commission for coordinating efforts to promote employment of the population of Lepel district, within the framework of implementing Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 3 "On Promoting Employment", was held under the chairmanship of the deputy chairman of the commission, Vyacheslav Masharo.
Issues of promoting employment, combating shadow employment, and working with socially maladjusted citizens were discussed. The meeting also heard from temporarily unemployed able-bodied citizens, including those on various preventive registers.All attendees were offered available vacancies in the district, explained the procedure for applying to the department of labor, employment, and social protection of the district executive committee, measures to assist in employment, retraining opportunities to acquire a profession in demand in the district labor market were proposed, and applications from citizens for recognition of their economic activity were considered.
