A meeting of the Coordination Council of public associations and political parties of Lepel district was held today at the district executive committee.

The Chairperson of the Lepel District Trade Union Organisation of Agricultural Workers, Natalia Monchik, spoke about the activities of the sectoral trade union.

The work of the organisation was presented by Olga Yakubovich, Chairperson of the Lepel District Council of the Belarusian Republican Pioneer Organisation.

Following tradition, at the end of the year, the results of the work done were summarised and plans for the future were outlined.

The topic of New Year's campaigns, in which members of public organisations and political parties should actively participate, was also addressed.

The Chairperson of the district organisation of the public association "Belarusian Women's Union", Deputy Chairperson of the District Executive Committee, Veronika Khombak, shared valuable experience on how our women proactively approach this issue.

Another item on the agenda was the recruitment of new members to parties and associations.
