Lyudmila Bykova, the head of the Stai postal service branch, represented our district in the regional competition for the best postal service branch in attracting funds for deposits. The competition was held among postal service branches of the Vitebsk region, where the deposit growth for October reached at least two million rubles.

In the Stai postal service branch alone, 32 million rubles of monetary deposits were attracted in October of the current year. It is gratifying to note that, based on the competition results, the branch head Lyudmila Bykova took second place and was awarded a cash prize.

Lyudmila Antonovna has dedicated almost thirty years to her beloved work. The woman was born in the village of Sitniki, not far from Stai. After completing eight grades at the Stai secondary school, she obtained a tailor's specialty at the Vitebsk Vocational School. Some time later, she got married and immediately began her working life here, in the Lepel region. Initially, she got a job as a seamstress at the Home-Based Work Combine, and then she came to work at the Stai postal service branch.

Over several decades, her beloved profession has become an integral part of Lyudmila Antonovna's life. The woman has also passed on her passion for her profession to her children. Her elder daughter Tatyana is an operator for issuing leaves at the district postal communication hub. Her younger daughter Alla also works as an operator at the Stai postal service branch. Both daughters have already started their own families and given their parents grandchildren. The eldest, Seryozha, is in the seventh grade, and his younger sister Irinka is in the fifth grade. Nikita is in the third grade, and Stas is four years old.

Lyudmila Antonovna's husband, Nikolay Semyonovich, works as a worker at the boiler and heating network section of the agro-town of Stai of the UP "Lepel Housing and Communal Services". And when the whole family gathers together, Lyudmila Antonovna's heart fills with inexpressible joy.
