Land users must carry out the following land protection measures within the boundaries of the land plots granted to them (in their possession):

Land users must carry out the following land protection measures within the boundaries of the land plots granted to them (in their possession):
to improve and effectively use land and land plots;
to preserve soil fertility and other beneficial properties of land;
to protect land from water and wind erosion, flooding, waterlogging, salinization, drying out, compaction, pollution by waste, chemical and radioactive substances, and other harmful effects;
to prevent the overgrowth of agricultural land with woody and shrubby vegetation (plantations) and weeds;
to preserve peat-bog soils when using agricultural land, to prevent peatland mineralization processes;
to carry out the conservation of degraded lands if it is impossible to restore their original condition;
to restore degraded lands, including the reclamation of disturbed lands;
to remove, preserve, and use the fertile soil layer when carrying out work related to mineral extraction and construction.
