As part of the monitoring for the creation of healthy and safe working conditions during the harvest, the chief technical labor inspector of the Vitebsk regional trade union organization of agricultural workers, Yevgeny Zuy, visited agricultural organizations in the Lepel district.
The conduct of labor protection briefings, the provision of workers with special clothing, personal protective equipment, the organization of hot meals, the equipping of machinery with first-aid kits and fire-fighting equipment, as well as a number of other issues are constantly in the focus of trade unions.During a preventive conversation with the workers, the chief technical labor inspector spoke about the circumstances and causes of accidents that occurred during harvesting work in 2024, and also urged all participants of the harvest to strictly comply with labor protection requirements.
