For instance, Elena Azaronok, Director of the State Cultural Institution "Lepel District House of Culture," is a leader with an active life stance, participates in the public life of the district, and is a professional in her field.

As is known, a leadership position requires a person to be able to build teamwork, be a good manager and administrator. Elena Semyonovna has considerable experience in this regard.

For many years, she worked as the head of the Borovo Nursery-Kindergarten in Lepel District, and for several years now, she has been leading the most creative team in the district.

This wonderful woman is truly worthy of admiration, as the Azaronok family has raised three wonderful children and already has a school-aged grandson. As a close-knit large family, they all enjoy gathering in their cozy home to share about their lives, celebrate the successes and achievements of their loved ones.

Elena Semyonovna considers herself a happy person: there is peace and harmony in her home, and at work, she is engaged in her beloved profession.
