Organizations of all forms of ownership (including individual developers) built 86 apartments with a total area of 7858 square meters, which is 78.6 percent of the plan provided for by the construction schedule for the year.

The main sources of financing for housing construction are bank loans and the population's own funds. Thus, in January-June 2012, 3506 square meters were built using loans, and 4282 square meters were built using the population's own funds.
