An Orsha district resident posted a video with pornography on social media and became a defendant in a criminal case

A resident of Orsha district posted a pornographic video on a social network and is now facing criminal charges, BelTA was informed by the press secretary of the Internal Affairs Directorate on Transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus, Alexander Marchenko. An unemployed resident of Babinichi settlement, Orsha district, born in 1991, according to law enforcement agencies, from March to October 2010, posted eight video recordings of a pornographic nature on his personal user page on a social network, making them freely available for public viewing on the global computer network Internet. As explained by the Internal Affairs Directorate on Transport, based on the materials of the transport police check regarding this incident, the Orsha District Department of the Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 343 of the Criminal Code (production and distribution of pornographic materials or objects of a pornographic nature using the global computer network Internet), which provides for imprisonment from two to four years.-0-
