The purpose of the supervisory commission is to help citizens released from places of deprivation of liberty return to society – to a normal life, and, consequently, to prevent recidivism.

The purpose of the supervisory commission is to help citizens released from places of deprivation of liberty return to society – to a normal life, and, consequently, to prevent recidivism.
The commission includes specialists who can directly assist in resolving primary and standard problems for newly released citizens, including psychological ones. Twenty men and one woman were invited to a recent meeting. Twelve people were present. Each person had an individual interview. All needed employment. When choosing suitable work, their place of residence was taken into account. For example, a former prisoner from Bobrovo got a job as a builder at KUPShHP "Bobrovo". Many of those present found a legitimate source of income near their homes; four in need managed to solve this issue independently, and a resident of Gorki became a private entrepreneur.
Their lives are definitely divided into "before" and "after" prison, and surely the time spent there was not the best – may it never happen again, and may law-abiding people be their guide.
