The young people learned about the specifics of journalism, the process of creating a printed product – a newspaper, as well as the peculiarities of social networks. They found out how news is generated, what specialists work on materials, and why objectivity is the main principle of journalism. It is gratifying that the young people were interested in the district newspaper: when it was founded and where it is printed. "Such meetings are aimed not only at popularizing the journalistic craft but also at finding new interesting news leads. Young people always suggest interesting ideas, and we are happy to implement them," noted Yana Misnik, the editor-in-chief of the district newspaper.
