On February 24, Minsk /BelTA correspondent/. RUE "Beltelecom" has increased tariffs for international telephone connections and traffic routing services with Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, and Uzbekistan by 20% since February 24. This was reported to a BelTA correspondent at the enterprise.
In addition, a preferential tariff for each full or partial minute of an international telephone connection will now apply from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM on any day of the week.

Importantly, the national telecommunications operator announced the tariff changes on its official website towards the evening of February 23. According to Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 135 of February 9, 2012, which will enter into force 3 months after its official publication, telecommunications operators will be required to notify subscribers of all changes made to the telecommunications services agreement and tariffs established by the tariff plan no later than 10 days before the changes are made. -0-
