The changes at RUE "Beltelecom" were explained by the achievement of break-even in international telephone services. "Beltelecom continues to pursue a balanced tariff policy and does everything possible to ensure that advanced technologies are available to customers," the company assured. Importantly, the national telecommunications operator announced the tariff changes on its official website towards the evening of February 23.
