On the state of trade and public catering in Lepel district
The trade infrastructure of Lepel district is represented by: 336 trade facilities, including 189 shops with a total retail area of 18.7 thousand sq.m., 85 public catering facilities, including 50 publicly accessible ones for 1512 seats, 1 shopping center and 2 markets. The rural population is served by 49 shops, as well as 5 mobile shops of the Lepel branch of Vitebsk regional consumer society and 1 postal office of Lepel city No. 4. According to the information from the state information resource "Register of Household Services of the Republic of Belarus", 72 business entities provide household services to the population in the territory of Lepel district, of which 57 are individual entrepreneurs (79.2%) and 18 legal entities (25.0%), 60 facilities are in operation, including 11 in rural areas.

For the purpose of organizing trade services in the territory of Borovka village (artillery base area), it is proposed:
to lease a shop building at the address: Vitebsk region, Lepel district, Borovsky s/s, 5K: a detached single-story building with an area of 120.8 sq.m. and a porch of 0.83 sq.m., equipped with local heating (solid fuel boiler), electricity supply, cold water supply, sewage, natural ventilation;
placement of a non-stationary trade facility (pavilion/mobile shop) for the sale of food and non-food products (adjacent territory to house 5/2).

In accordance with Article 13.12 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus, the absence of fruit and vegetable products from stabilization funds for republican state needs in the assortment of a procurement agent in a trade facility during the off-season period entails a fine of five to twelve base units, and for a legal entity - from twenty to two hundred base units.
