Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Arab Republic of Egypt Sergei Terentyev met with the Head of the Egyptian Commercial Service (ECS), Ministry of Trade & Industry Yahya Elwathik Bellah, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The parties reviewed the status of the agreements reached during the seventh meeting of the Belarusian-Egyptian joint trade commission in Cairo, Egypt, and agreed on an algorithm of joint actions to organize the events in 2024 by the institutional bodies of bilateral cooperation. 

Special consideration was given to ways of bolstering cooperation between Belarus and Egypt in trade, economy and manufacturing sector.
