In the joint declaration of Presidents of Belarus and Vietnam Alexander Lukashenko and Nguyen Minh Triet Belarus and Vietnam urged countries to refrain from using unilateral economic sanctions, chief of the presidential press service Pavel Legky told BelTA. “The sides call on countries to refrain from direct or indirect use of force, application of unilateral measures of economic pressurizing which run counter to the UN charter and international law,” says the document.
