Chiefs of border departments of Belarus, Poland to meet at border checkpoint “Pererov-Belowierza”

On February 7, the chiefs of the border departments of Belarus and Poland will meet at the border checkpoint “Pererov-Belowierza”, BelTA was told in the state border committee of Belarus. The chairman of the state border committee of Belarus Major-General Igor Rachkovsky and chief commandant of the border service of Poland Major Leszek Elas intend to discuss urgent issues of Belarusian-Polish cooperation in the border sphere. The meeting will be held in a closed format. The agenda has not been made known. It is possible that the chiefs of the border services will discuss the recent crisis on the Belarusian-Polish border.
