Belarus and Russia have done a great work to build new logistics for Belarusian export, Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko said during the talks with Russian counterpart Mikhail Mishustin in Moscow on 15 April, BelTA has learned.
"We cooperate in the transport and logistics sector intensively. Significant work has been done to create new logistics using the transport infrastructure of the Russian Federation. We have built up routes to deliver products using the ports of the Russian north-western region. We will make use of the North-South international corridor," Roman Golovchenko said.
"As we have agreed, preparations for the multimodal port project in Murmansk Oblast have begun," the Belarusian prime minister said.
He thanked the leadership of the Ministry of Transport of Russia and Russian Railways for active and constructive cooperation.
